I received a bachelor's degree in speech pathology and audiology in '95, masters in Speech Language Pathology in '97.  After graduation, I worked in acute rehab for a year.  I moved to Indianapolis and decided to work for a PRN company.  This would allow me to gain experience in hospitals, Long Term Care, children's homes, and the school system, but I always had an interest in working in pediatrics.  I knew Jennifer Stanley (Co-owner) had been providing services in the First Steps program.  I spoke to Jen about it and decided to take the leap.  Since then, we haven't looked back.  Soon after starting, I approached Jennifer in 2000 to start a company.  We wanted to form a company to elevate the quality of services provided in the First Steps program.  We thought CITA could accomplish this by providing a close network of therapists.  We could enrich our services by sharing information, standardizing practices, and providing the security a company could provide.  We are now in our 7th year and are more enthusiastic than ever by what our company can provide.
